Read this article to know why people are crazy after this LG CU920?

The LG CU920 for AT&T is Attractively and simply designed. It features a stunning 3-inch touchscreen that provides excellent viewing of AT&T’s new Mobile TV offering. This allows you to watch TV-quality programming from Comedy Central, ESPN, Fox, NBC, and more.

The LG CU920 also comes with a TV antenna which can be extended for optimal TV reception. The quad-band GSM phone running on AT&T’s dual-band HSDPA/UMTS high-speed 3G network, makes it easy to download music, which is purchased from AT&T Mobile Music’s partners Napster and eMusic.

LG CU920 aspects

The LG CU920 is the first phone to feature live streaming TV from AT&T. It also contains 3G data capability. Other features include 2.0 megapixel camera, a music player and XM Radio. Media can be stored on an optional microSD card. The phone also has Video Share, a feature that allows you to share live or recorded videos to other people with Video Share.

LG CU920 vs Apple iPhone

Is it really an Apple iPhone clone? LG CU920 and Apple iPhone has a few similarities. But it has a Prada like image. It is the first cell phone to bring this to the United States. Yes it is equipped with a 3 inch touch display, and is clearly a full touch phone, but one of the main factors that separate the LG CU920 from the Cupertino music phone is its TV.

Strengths and Drawbacks

The voice calling is not great. The major strength of LG CU920 is mobile TV. The music player works well, but XM radio does not. Full HTML web surfing is rich with faster speeds than the iPhone but is slowed on heavy duty pages. The LG CU920 can also be used as a PC modem but doesn’t easily sync PC contacts and e-mail. The iPhone is preferred by Segan for its PC-like functionality.

Best CTIA Multimedia Phone award

LG CU920 gets the Best Multimedia Phone of CTIA award from Laptop Magazine. It takes entertainment on the go to the next level. The phone gets a 3.5 out of 5 rating from Tom Haselton as it does not touch the web and music capabilities of the iPhone. The LG CU920 lacks Wi-Fi. Even though, it is fun and easy to use.The touchscreen keyboard “fails” because it has a different layout for different media. The UI is fresh. Not all email is supported.
